William "Bill" I. Rosenbaum, 58, of Chicago, IL, passed away on August 1, 2018. Bill was born July 9, 1960, in Columbus, OH, to William E. Rosenbaum and Dorthea (Womeldorf) Marcum. After completing his education, he proudly served his country in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged in 1980. Bill loved to travel, and had many joys in life, including drawing, playing pool, watching movies, playing cards, music, and the time he spent with family and friends. Bill is survived by his mother, Dorthea Marcum; stepfather, Wallace Marcum; sister, Catherine (Thomas Robbins) Marcum; brother, Frank (Marcialyn) Rosenbaum; sister, Vicky (Gary) Williams; nephew, William (Lisa) Marcum; as well as several great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, William E. Rosenbaum; brother, Ricky Rosenbaum; and brother, Paul Rosenbaum. Funeral services for Bill will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Hendryx Mortuary, Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington St., Indianapolis, IN, 46229. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery in Fortville, IN.
