Thomas was born on April 22, 1962 and passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.

Thomas was a resident of Chicago, Illinois at the time of passing.

Visitation Sunday 2-8pm at Christ the King Church, 9235 S. Hamilton Ave., Chicago, IL 60643. Family and friends will meet at church on Monday for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
