John passed away in May 2018.

John was a resident of Chicago, Illinois at the time of passing.

Visitation Sunday, May 6, from 3 to 8 pm at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Rd., Park Ridge. Monday, May 7, relatives and friends may meet at St. Tarcissus Church, 6030 W.
